Redeem a Reward
A Redemption (sometimes called a Reward Response) refers to a Reward that a Member earns, or "purchases," by means of spending their Metric balance.
From the Member Details screen, you can manually cause a Member to spend the necessary Metrics to redeem a Reward.
The Reward must have a status of Published before you can manually redeem it for a Member. See Publish a Reward for more information.
To manually redeem a Reward from the Member Details screen:

Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select Members > Members from the side navigation menu. The Members screen is displayed.

On the Members screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Details screen is displayed with the Metrics tab selected by default.

Select the Redemptions tab.

Click Redeem a Reward. The Select a Reward to Redeem pop-up window is displayed.

From the Reward drop-down menu, select the desired Reward. This menu displays all Rewards in your account with a status of Published.

In the Count field, enter the number of Rewards to redeem.

Click Redeem.
